Baldwyn man, out on bond for a drug arrest, faces new charges in pharmacy burglary

BALDWYN | A man arrested Friday in connection with the February 11 burglary of Houston Discount Drugs in Baldwyn was currently out on bond from a separate drug arrest last month.

Baldwyn Police arrested Kingston Price, 29, of Baldwyn on Friday, March 25. Officers and investigators served the felony warrant on Price at a south Jones Street residence. During a search of the residence, items that were involved in the breaking and entering at the pharmacy were found along with narcotics. The narcotics found in the residence included a large quantity of alleged oxycodone and approximately 18 grams of crack cocaine. 

Bond was set at $55,000 for Price. Those bonds included $25,000 for drug trafficking, $10,000 for possession of schedule II narcotics, and $20,000 for breaking and entering of a commercial building. The North Mississippi Narcotics Unit is handling the drug investigation.

At the time of his arrest Price was out on a $25,000 bond for a separate drug arrest in February.
