Lee County Supervisor Phil Morgan and county employees were on site Wednesday to begin repairs to Barnett Bridge, which was damaged in a fire last fall. The materials cost for the repairs is around $20,000, with the county providing the labor. Morgan said the county was going to be spending another roughly $20,000 to remove a drift that had built up around one of the bridge’s pilings in the middle of the creek.
