Fill My Cup Coffee Shop has been in business since March of 2018. Divinely inspired, the coffee shop offers a lite lunch menu, coffees, frappes, smoothies and a bakery case in a peaceful atmosphere. Part of the mission of the business is to offer help and employment for women in recovery from addictions. Christian artists are periodically scheduled to sing live at the coffee house.
Owner Tammy Lee is a 1985 graduate of Tupelo High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Berry College in Rome, Ga., and a Masters of Arts with a concentration in social work from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Various work positions have included preschool, children and youth ministries, social work jobs, retail management, and bakery owner.
Tammy has lived in Baldwyn since the spring of 2001 and has one daughter, Hannah Rose, who currently lives in West Memphis, Arkansas. Tammy attends The Anchor Church in Verona, MS and enjoys bike riding, hiking and baking.
She loves the small-town atmosphere in Historic Downtown Baldwyn and says, “Baldwyn is a hidden gem with a lot to offer in entertainment, arts, restaurants and shopping. The people of Baldwyn support local and have big hearts,” says, Lee.
“Tammy’s coffee shop is a great addition to our downtown,” said Lori Tucker, Baldwyn Main Street Chamber Director. “She has taken a God-given talent and cultivated it into an amazing atmosphere with food and people. They offer a fabulous menu and a variety of fresh baked goodies and sweet treats. Tammy constantly thinking out of the box at Fill My Cup. She showcases authors, host youth groups, artists, and musical performers throughout the year. I look for this business to do BIG things in the future and we love having them in the downtown.”
