Days after being named as the suspect in the murder of 26-year-old Coner Kyle, authorities are still looking for Gary “Scotty” McDonald.
McDonald allegedly shot and killed Kyle around 7:45 a.m. on Friday, July 3 at Adams Auto Sales in Baldwyn. It appears the attack may have been a domestic situation. McDonald had been working at the business.
McDonald has several distinguishing tattoos and was last seen driving a gold Chevrolet Cavalier with Itawamba County license plate number ITB 6316. He was reportedly spotted in the Fish Lake/Pratts area late Friday but has since then eluded authorities.
According to the Baldwyn Police Department, McDonald has a lengthy arrest record and is considered armed an dangerous. Anyone who spots McDonald is urged not to approach him, but to immediately call 911 or the Baldwyn Police Department at 662-365-1047.
