Baldwyn High School’s graduation may have been delayed this year and it may not be the traditional event residents are used to seeing, but school district officials are still hopeful it can be held June 4, weather permitting, with several restrictions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has cost the Class of 2020 a lot of lost memories. One tradition that will not be lost this year, though, is the annual Graduation Edition from The Baldwyn News, which will celebrate the seniors and their achievements.

The News is now reserving spaces for family members, friends and businesses to share their pride in the accomplishments of this group of students. The edition publishes Wednesday, May 28, and space must be reserved by no later than Thursday, May 21. Those submitting photos for their seniors should bring those photos to The News’ office (call ahead to make sure we’re open) or email high-resolution photos to

Various sizes of announcements are available, as usual.
