An agreement has been reached for longtime manager Jeff Webb to take over ownership.

Rejoice, Baldwyn-area residents: Pizza Factory will reopen on Monday, May 14.
A deal was reached Tuesday for the longtime Baldwyn eatery to reopen under new – but familiar – ownership. Longtime manager Jeff Webb said Wednesday the deal is complete and he is ecstatic to be able to reopen the business.
Webb said while he was at the business Wednesday changing door locks and taking care of other things, a continuous line of cars honked at him, offering support for his purchase of the business his father founded in September 1984.
Webb is rehiring all but one of the employees who worked for him previously, and will have a meeting with them on Thursday to discuss business operations.
One thing customers returning next week will notice is that there will be no beer sales yet. Webb said since the business is opening under new ownership and a new business structure, he is having to wait to receive his license from the state before he can sell alcohol again.
Outside of that, customers should expect to see the old favorites they have pined for during the past week. Given the outpouring of response on social media, a large crowd is expected for the reopening.
The restaurant abruptly closed on April 30 following a business dispute between former owner Brenda Webb and Jeff Webb. The business was founded by Tim Webb, Jeff’s father and Brenda’s late husband.
