Word began circulating on social media Tuesday afternoon that Pizza Factory was set to reopen. While The Baldwyn News can confirm that an agreement has been reached in principle to change ownership of the restaurant, there remains to be some paperwork left to complete in order to finalize the deal, and it could be several more days before the store can officially reopen.

We will update readers with complete news once the deal is done. Let the happy dances begin.
